Trying to make Planning an easy experience, we can offer you Planning assistance in three ways for your Special Events.

Hire a planner as a consultant on an hourly basis, hire a planner for full service for your residential event, or hire a planner for your special event outside the home.  Then tell us what you need, the specifics of your special event and choose from our long list of services, those that you'll need and we will put together a custom plan for your event that will take care of everything.

Full Service Residential Plans begin at $1595 and will include catering and menu planning, entertainment, decor design, lighting, furniture rentals, linens, florals, equipment rentals, and personnel.  Essentially the key elements needed for a residential event. We can do larger residential events and have several tent vendors, but events requiring tenting, flooring, etc. will begin at a higher rate.

Full Service Special Event Planning outside the residence begins at $1995 and includes a venue search, catering and menu planning , beverage, music and entertainment, decor design, custom lighting, furniture rentals, equipment rentals, linens, florals, personnel, invitations, 3D floorplans, onsite set up and supervision, RSVP mgt, vendor coordination, and more.

The final option, Hourly Consulting, should you just need some advise or some ideas, we can work with you on an hourly basis for just the items you are in need of and we will bill you $100 per hour. ( two hour minimum required)

PARTIES AND SPECIAL OCCASIONS

A Memorable Party has simplified the planning process. Regardless of what type of event you're celebrating; whether it be  a Bar/Bat Mitzvah, a Birthday, an Anniversary, a Sweet 16, a Quinceanera, a Graduation, a Retirement, or you just want to have a Party, we offer Planning for a Residential Event or Planning for a Special Event.  They are very similar however the Special Event Planning begins with a Venue Search and tends to be for a larger number of guests.  Any of our services and specialties can be incorporated into either plan, essentially creating a custom plan which is the way every event should be approached. .  Every planning package will be customized to specifically fit your event.  

Your Personal Planner will be on-site for the duration of the event, supervising the set up through till tear-down.  A Memorable Party is committed to you and the success of your event.  We will be with you from the early planning stages and be there for anything you may need.  On the day of your event, your planner will supervise all of the vendors involved and will afford you the peace of mind that every detail has been looked after.  Offering you a  full range of services allows us the opportunity to be either a turn-key planner or affords you the opportunity to choose exactly what services you need.  

Whether it's a part of an event you don't have enough time or patience to organize or it's an entire event from design to execution, we can and will do it all if.  Our affiliations with a wide selection of vendors can provide you with a wide selection of styles, discounts in many categories, and most important, it affords you the opportunity to have everything handled in one place and executed with perfection.  We will take care of the crises, the messes and more, making certain you are free to enjoy your event with your guests.


Fees for all plans are based on various factors such as: Date, Location, Guest Count and Complexity of planning and may need to be adjusted based on these factors. All plans require a one third minimum deposit with payment options available up to sixty days prior to event. Bookings made under 90 days prior to event will require full payment upon signing. We accept Checks, Cash and most Major Credit Cards.
